Meet Cary Gershowitz, the passionate force behind Gershy Cafe and Catering. In 1992, Cary discovered his love for baking, honing his skills over two decades as a bakery manager at Publix. Seeking further expertise, he worked with renowned local bakeries like Frida's Cafe, Alessi Bakery, and Mazzaro. In 2018, fueled by a dedication to excellence, Cary fulfilled his dream of opening his own cafe & pastry shop. Today, Cary and his team are unwaveringly committed to using only the finest ingredients, ensuring every creation is a testament to their scratch-baking expertise.
